  • There are multiple ways that you can contact Katie Clean for your cleaning appointment. You can contact us through our website by filling out the Contact Us Form, our email or phone number listed at the bottom of this webpage, or our Facebook page.

    We know that not all locations are the same. This is why we assess each location and offer you a tailored and detailed estimated quote for your cleaning. We believe that educated clients are the best clients. And as such, we make sure to be entirely transparent throughout the whole process and welcome any and all questions.

  • While we ask that you attend our estimation appointment so that we can discuss the details of the cleaning that you are wanting and to show us the entire scope of the locations, you do not need to be on-site during the actual cleaning appointment. We know that everyone has their own comfort level when it comes to their personal and/or professional space, which is why we leave this decision entirely up to you.

    We do take your trust in our team very seriously and we strive to uphold that trust as we remain devoted to our clean. This is why confidentiality is highly stressed if our teams come across any sensitive information.

  • The length of the cleaning depends entirely upon the size of the location and the scope of the project. Some clients ask us to simply vacuum and clean countertops, while others ask us for a deep clean which is a lot more involved and takes more time. We are happy to serve in any of these capacities and are committed to giving our clients exactly what they are looking for.

    Even though the size and scope may change depending on the desire of the client, our team works hard to be as professional and efficient as possible. That way we can complete your cleaning in a timely manner so that you may continue with your important schedule without hindrance.

  • At Katie Clean, we love all animals and most of our team have various pets of their own. During the cleaning service, we ask that you either take your pets with you for a walk or to the park. If the weather or your schedule does not permit you to do this, then please find a safe and comfortable place for your pet to be during the cleaning service.

    We use products that are pet-friendly, but sometimes having an unfamiliar visitor in their home and/or using louder cleaning products (such as a vacuum, etc,) can make them uncomfortable. If this happens, then it makes the whole process more challenging for both your pet as well as our team member(s).
